 | | Mr. Gadish has held the position of CEO of Aeromaoz since 2011. Prior to his current position, he was Aeromaoz CFO for two years.
Before joining Aeromaoz Mr. Gadish was the financial portfolio manager of Yavne Group corporation and lead the agriculture irrigation business unit of the group.
During his 15 year tenure with Yavne Group corporation, Mr. Gadish worked for the corporate as an executive in several management roles, as marketing director of YAVNE GROUP FOOD PRODUCTS LTD , HR manager and the group's Provident fund investment manager.
Mr. Gadish holds a BA in economics and accounting from Tel Aviv university. |

 | | Mr. Avivi is CMO and Executive VP Sales and Marketing of Aeromaoz and is responsible for the company worldwide sales and marketing.
Prior to Aeromaoz, Mr. Avivi was the General Manager of Telit Sardinia, Italy, of Telit Communication PLC , an international wireless communication corporation.
As GM, Mr. Avivi established Telit Sardinia and launched the new short range wireless products line which enriched the WW corporate offering in the M2M market.
Prior to that Mr. Avivi was the R&D director of the GSM modules at Motorola inc, where He was one of the world pioneers in the machine to machine technology and vision.
Before leading Motorola GSM modules R&D, Mr. Avivi lead the world second fixed car phone development and was part of the global development team of the Iridium system, the world first global satellite system.
Mr. Avivi holds a BSc. in Mechanical Engineering from Tel Aviv university, A Software Engineering from the Technion and a MBA with distinction from the Heriot-Watt University. |

Mr. Behagli joined Aeromaoz in 1995 as the assembly department manager.
In 2003 Mr. Behagli was appointed as VP production , responsible for all the production departments including machining , painting, engraving, soldering and assembly.
Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Behagli was a production manager of an accessory factory.
He is a graduate of the College of Management Academic Studies in Practical Industrial Engineering. |

Mr. Kochva is the VP engineering of Aeromaoz and responsible for the research and development and engineering team.
Mr. Kochva is HMI products specialist and he is one of the first company employees.
He leads the mechanical, optical, electrical and software teams for many years in both Aeromaoz products lines – the HMI products and lighting solutions.
During his 20 years in Aeromaoz, Mr. Kochva held various positions as the production manager and the quality assurance manager.
